Anybody accidentally driven with a flush?

Well, just drain it now and put fresh oil.

You will know if it is going to be catastrophic or not after that.

I'm sure they have, and I'm sure more have done it on purpose. It can't be good. I mean you've diluted the oil with solvent. All you can do is hope it didn't wear much but you really won't ever know unless you have prompt bearing failure. Let's say 20k miles down the road you do, well that was probably driving on the solvent but who knows... nobody.

Liqui Moly engine flush says not to drive it with the flush solvents inside, just to idle for 10 minutes. IIRC they state bearing damage could occur due to stress from higher RPMS and the oil being diluted(?).

Check the bottle for instructions, some flushes are OK to drive with though like Liqui Moly sludge remover, drive 100 miles and drain.
