Any problem using this filter on the truck?

Hey all, quick question. A friend of mine recently sold his Ram 5.7L HEMI for a 2013 Silverado. He had 1 Mopar filter left over for it (MO-899) and gave it to me after he found out it interchanged with the Fl-820s. Any problem using this on my 2004 F150? Thanks!

Problem, as in your engine will blow? Probably not. Is it as good as the MC? Probably not. Make sure of the interchange. The FL820s has an unusual metric thread pitch. If you '04 is a "Classic" I know some of them used a different filter... but then you say you now use the FL820s. Just double check the interchange, don't run a long FCI and you should be OK.
