Think of all the threads it would spawn. Value of VOA testing and how UOA testing has no value. How would you even test 2-stroke oil after it's used? How this 2-stroke oil works in real-world applications compared to others. Best use case: chain saws or string trimmers? Type of gas used to mix it.

Obviously it wouldn't be UOA as that's impossible. There is an incredible amount of 2 stroke engines from lawn equipment, powersports, boats etc.
