Any info on Mobil 1 75W-140?

Hi, guys.

I went to local Kragen yesterday and saw Mobil 1 gear lube 75W-140 along with 75W-90. I've never seen Mobil’s 75W-140 and Mobil website doesn't mention anything about it. Do you have any info on it/ have you used it?

Another problem:
I have Kia Sportage and it seems like seal in rear differential is leaking just a bit. I'm using Mobil 1 75W-90 in it, although manual recommends 80W-90 or 90 straight weight. Do you think leak might be due to thinner oil? Should I change to Mobil 1 75W-140 or may be mix 1 quart of 75w-90 and half a quart 75w-140 (gear oil capacity ~ 1.5 quarts)? Maybe I should go with non-synthetic or semi-synthetic 80w-90 as manual recommends?

A seal conditioner might work. Auto-Rx in your diff in the correct proportions might work. Or using Schaeffer's #267 80W-90 syn blend gear oil with its seal conditioner might work. Getting the seal replaced will work for sure.
