Any Idea Who Makes Briggs & Stratton's Oil

I've started using B&S 30wt oil for the old murray push mower that I have. Does anyone know who makes it? I really like that the bottles have just the right amount in them. Keeps me from overfilling it. I figure if it is certified by Briggs for warranty purposes, it should be good enough and its pretty cheap. Doesn't seem to burn it as quick the GTX 10w30 that I was using.

Is it the synthetic? I would run a synthetic over the regular briggs oil. Don't know who makes it.
