I. just bought a 2016 BMW 4281 with 25K. Should I be thinking about a System Flush? Thank you

Just drain it and refill with the correct coolant 
What does the owners manual suggest? I would assume the vehicle came from the factory with long life coolant.

I'd bleed the brake lines first.

No flush needed at 10 years. Just drain and fill. If you want to change it be sure to change the weak point - the expansion bottle and be sure to get OE or OEM with the chem pack in it.
BMW fluid is good for 15 years from the factory because of the chem pack in the expansion bottle.

Just my 2 cents of a story:
When I tóok my Toyota for a coolant flush ,(,generic fluid was filled inside) they sent me a video of doing the work with the ticket receipt
