There's probably a company out there selling insulin and promoting the idea that orange juice is good for you.

The free market depends on people that don't think and they're never disappointed.

Thing is most people don't realize that pure orange juice (not from concentrate) in the chilled container isn't just plain orange juice squeezed into a carton. The free market is a LYING MARKET!
Deception RULES.

I've seen that. I like Tropicana and its ilk, understanding full well that it isn't just freshly squeezed orange juice. I can buy freshly squeezed orange juice, but it's vastly, vastly more expensive with a much shorter expiry period. I'll buy it once in a while if I know I'm going to drink it all at once. Otherwise, Tropicana and the like for me.

There is a Whole Foods near our local Target and Hallmark stores.

Eyeballing some of the tasty morsels in yoga pants milling about WF costs nothing yet is good for my metabolism.

Most fruit juice is nothing but processed sugar water. Just eat the fruit, instead.

And as far as asparagus water, you can buy asparagus and bottled water for a lot less and make your own. Most people won't even need any instructions as long as they know which way to twist the cap and can count to 3.

I'm confused. You'll pay a premium for orange juice, but if a store charges a premium price for a unique water, it's a ripoff?

To me, I think soft drinks are a ripoff and folks seem just fine paying for them. Sugar (corn syrup), water and color and people actually pay money for the stuff. I saw something where about 48% of Americans consume the stuff daily?

AquaSparagus, just in time for the new AquaMan movie...

That car won't die! I'm completely tired of it so I've related it to "truck duty" and it just keeps on plugging! 175K and besides regular maintenance I've had exactly one repair on it. It's actually been the most reliable car I've ever owned, and at this point it's not worth much so I'll be keeping it until the wheels fall off.
