Kmart gas? Never seen that.
For some reason I think that in the past they also used this type of advertising...was it in late 60s or late 70s???

Actually the spots are ingenious, they are getting as much (or more) free advertising off of all the play they are getting on the talk show circuit.

I heard a Kmart ad about gas savings, but no kmarts around that sell gas.

The "Top Tier" Gods haven't blessed it. Because Murphy USA hasn't paid to play with the "Top Tier" program and the external validation, of course it must be bad. LOL.

OK, at least somebody else thinks the Top Teir thing isn't as big of a deal. I'm fine with any fuel station that appears to be fairly high volume and not completely scummy.
