Yeah, they're not the most photogenic minivan. About the only thing worse was ..TranSports (or whatever they were). That Vulca in a RWD setup is one reliable combo.

My mom had a '97 Trans Sport, wasn't that bad looking. Just a Venture clone. The earlier generation one that was similar to the Lumina van, with the plastic panels was pretty ugly though.
My wife and I joke about it, like what we're going to do when it finally dies. I might actually light a candle for it. I told my wife we should send Ford a check for some extra money because by all accounts this truck should be long gone. Then I sobered up and said next vehicle we buy will be another Ford. We'll repay them that way.

That's probably what formed my impressions. I know new owners had a real hard time adapting to that snout.
