We now know that Amsoil owns Oil Analyzers, anyone on this site can MAPQUEST this info.
Oil Analyzers address is 1101 Susquehanna Avenue, Superior, Wisconsin, 54880
The address for Amsoil Corporate Headquarters is 925 Tower Avenue, Superior, Wisconsin 54880
That is 1.16 miles between these two places.
If Amsoil owns an Oil Analysis Lab, then they can obviously play with the numbers and make there product look good. JMO
I do not have any hard data, but in all fairness, maybe some of the other oil companies have there own Oil Analysis Lab that they own.
Do we have any concrete data that Pennzoil, Mobil 1, Castrol, or even Valvoline are running there own UOA Labs.
I cannot see why Amsoil would not make a deal with a reputable UOA Lab like Blackstone.
What can Oil Analyzers do that Blackstone will not do, I really think something is going on here, it would be interesting to compare a UOA between these 2 Labs, and I am sure the results would be DIFFERENT.
A couple things. It's pretty normal for lubricant companies to have the capability to analyze lubricants. I don't think it's any secret Amsoil has the capability as well and does the service through OAI - it's right on the Amsoil web page. And they continue with that division, despite the fact that all the UOA services are actually performed by Polaris Labs in:
* Indianapolis
* Houston
* Salt Lake City
* Atlanta
* Edmonton
Which are a fully accredited lab.

So before you get too much off in the weeds, you may want to learn the facts. If you want to accuse Polaris of somehow cheating, you better be able to back that up.
