specialty oils serve a purpose at a price $$$$, but most of todays synthetics using mostly group III base oils off the shelf $5 + or - are more than anyone needs unless your tracking your vehicle. change in a timely manner with a good filter + your good to go IMO. the only SSSS synthetic engine oil i use is Redline in my 4.25 qt sump in an upgraded turbod 2001 TT.
