Amsoil refused $41 refund BUT gave refund to other

You're just one out of thousands of dealers. Your sample size is too small to be valid. Just on this forum we saw THREE complaints from the "FreeShipPC" code causing additional charges.

My card is showing my refund from Autozone (yet another overcharge situation), but nothing from Gordon Ramsay Burgr or Amsoil.

I guess this requires patience.

So why come on here and complain?

BITOG didn't charge you for the product, nor is BITOG a complaint Clearing House.

Deal directly with AMSOIl and your credit card company. That is the proper way to handle a situation such as this.
