This is the first time I ever used an Amsoil product. My 2001 Wrangler's NV3550 never had any issues except for an annoying 1st to 2nd "crunch" once in a while. When it's cold outside it's cranky till warmed up a bit.I change out the fluid every year since birth with either factory Mopar stuff or Pennzoil Synchromesh.Figured I'd try the new MTF from Amsoil (the dealer lives 5 minutes away from me)just for something to do.I put it in last night and cannot get the thing to "crunch" if I try,and if I don't guide the syncros into second first off (going at a crawl) in the morning it will crunch...GONE!The transmission shifts better in all gears and now down-shifting is a no-brainer.Whatever they put in that stuff, man it works in my transmission! Now I'll have to wait till the cold weather hits and see what happens.I allways thought that synthetic fluid was a no-no in standard transmissions due to syncro's spinning too fast.Anywho the Amsoil fluid is whats going in my transmission from now on and I have another Jeeper with a Rubicon waiting for my testing to conclude before he switches. They even label the back of the bottle to specify "Jeep" vehicles for this fluid
