Amsoil ATF in 08 Grand Prix

My GP is coming up on 100k and a transmission service is due (fluid/filter), I'm about four months out from that, and am trying to decide between Dex VI and the Amsoil fuel efficient atf, that says it is a Dex VI replacement. Is there any significant advantage to the Amsoil?

I'd use ST Dex VI from Walmart for $3.77 a quart. It's a licensed Dex VI and should be good for at least 60K.

I think most any Amsoil product would be an upgrade over OEM or name brand aftermarket fluids. I think the bigger question here is how in the heck did you put 100K on a 2008?

Normal non-aggressive driving allows you to make the choice on price.

I'd go with the Amsoil if you had aggressive or traffic tendencies.
