Pabagail @Pablo
The Euro doesn't list the oils lifespan like SS does like 1 year or 25k miles

I assume they suggest the manufacturers oci as a life monitor
For European vehicles

In a new port injected normally aspirated SUV can it go the distance of the Signature Line under normal service??? Thanks...

No. Maybe. Not rated to.

If this is about the outlander sport you can do long intervals no problem. A wonderfully low output naturally aspirated port injected engine whose factory thermostat temp is either 180 or 188 from what I can look up online. When I checked the oil on it after almost 6k the oil was still far from blackening. it looked as dark as the oil looked like on my Escalade at 2-3k but that one's a direct injected engine with a higher thermostat temp. I could see myself using castrol edge EP 5W-30 for 15k as it's likely the same 2.9 hths as the previous version. Last I checked the oil at 94k on the OS it didn't burn a drop. Pull the transmission drain bolt every 20K if you want to give it the best chance. I did a pan drop and filter replacement last and ended up needing about 5 quarts but with a regular pan drain I only needed a 4.

I ran 5w20 Magnatec for years in them to 10k and it looked like I was draining clean oil.. of course in the day with Ultras.
