Let's throw in some perpetual motion, and then we're really set. They're certainly is some reasonable science behind abiotic oil production. The problem is, however, that religious interests have hijacked the issue (and I'm not going to get into that) and the actual science out there is surrounded by a bunch of pseudo-scientific nonsense.

@sdowney717: If you don't happen to know what the issue I noted above is all about, Google it or PM me; I won't discuss it in the forum, since I consider it a violation of the rules. Some people are legitimately interested in science, as I suspect you are, and take what they read on good faith (pardon the pun), not realizing that other interests have hijacked the debate. Basically, as much as needs to be said here is that the notion of "fossil fuels" contradicts their notion of the age of the earth, whereas the theory of abiotic oil is more in accordance with their belief.
