The E4OD is basically overly complex and expensive junk. In diesel ambulances they are lucky to last 75,000 miles. Compound that by letting the crooks at A***o get in your wallet and you have a real problem.
It still sounds like a "morning sickness" problem. With it now being warmer, you dont have a real cold transmission when you start out anymore. I cant believe that radiator flush had anything to do with it.
Have you ever noticed a problem wiht the spedometer or cruise control at the same time the trans is not shifting properly? The reason is that late model Ford trucks use a magnetic speed sensor in the differential instead of a spedometer gear and cable. This transmission has no internal governor. The computer needs accurate speed information to program shifts.
