Anyone here using it?
Any thoughts?
Not getting into anything medical but I was thinking about trying it. Thanks 👍

I ended up associated with Pill pack (Amazon) through a supposedly "free" trial I submitted for.
It was a complete nightmare that took me several hours to correct. They took it upon themselves to start sending me items I had not requested with no contact information. They did this several times until I finally found a way to contact them.
Based on my experience I would never do business with them again. Their tactics and customer service were epically bad.

It is a good choice if you want to save money. The model is the same one the others use. Most pharmacies do not refill prescriptions on site, there is a large refill warehouse that does it and then ships the refills to the stores. It’s all computers and robotics.

Amazon will be using the same generic brands the others use as well. Their advantage in this will be volume

I wouldn't do it for fear of tampering or it coming from a third world country.. I would buy only at the local pharmacy.

I've been using Mark Cubans Costplus for certain things.. I saved almost 65 dollars on two generic prescriptions ( Losartran and Atorvastatin 3 month supply) by going thru Cost Plus versus Walgreens... I haven't tried Amazon...

Medications are serialized now to counter counterfeiting. In a nutshell, we put a serial number on each pallet, carton, and case of drug during packaging. This serial number is linked in the cloud and when the distributer receives it, they check to ensure they received the correct serial numbers.

I'd trust Amazon more for drugs sold in their factory sealed package than ones that have been subdivided.

FDA controls what comes into the USA. If it's approved for sale in the USA, your local pharmacy isn't going to say no to it.

How are you doing on Losartan? I'm going to ask my doctor to switch me to that tomorrow from Lisinopril/HCTZ.

You would be surprised at how much medicine comes from third world countries. Even the brand names are not immune. Another angle on that is where does the medicine components come from? China might be supplying a key ingredient in a blood pressure medication that is made in India or even Germany. It’s a very complicated supply line.

I've been on it for a long time.. I guess I'm doing Ok because the thing that concerns my doctor the most is my blood sugar...

I tried to get some fast meds as I have to dump my doctor as he was hospital appointed.
The place they made me go rotates docs so fast as soon as you get used to one he is replaced.
But Amazon has too many hoops to go through. I will just step up and get another doc..
