I spent $17 on the Firestick lite for daughter. She uses with a $80 projector on her wall for Netflix , Amazon and YouTube. She like the performance and I tried on TV and found picture and reponse time excellent.

Is it possible to use a Firestick without logging into an Amazon account?
You need to log into some kind of an Amazon account. If you don't want to log in with your main Amazon account, just create a second "throwaway" account, but it's a bit of a hassle...
