Initial impressions after a day.
1) It is quiet - as in you cant tell it is running unless you request a large change in temp in which case it sounds like a normal unit on low inside and you still cant hear the outside unit.
2) It keeps the humidity right around 50-51%. This is adjustable but installer said you really want it between 40 and 60 and 50 works best.
3) On Auto there is a 4 degree difference in cool and heat so if you set the cool to 70 the heat is on 66. Not crazy about this so far. This can also be changed but not advised to make it narrower. Don't know that we will use Auto that much.
4) We haven't hooked up the app. (might not)
