How does Amalie compare to other leading oils? What are ya'lls thoughts on it, and would their Elixir Synthetic be a good oil to use? I can't seem to find much on it.

I've got a buddy who has been using the wolf's head Syn for the last few years since he found it at our local hardware store. Car likes it, and he's had no issues at all. 7k runs with this and a napa gold are doing just fine. I've have no issues using it at all..

It's hard to find and not that great. It is an OK oil but there are so many more brands that are better, and on sale. I would not go out of my way to run wolfs Head.
Amalie used to be a decent regional oil. Only saw it in the south.
Perhaps not as good as Quaker State or Pennzoil, but on par with or a step up from Havoline, which was fairly popular back then (60's).
