I've always liked their oil and am disappointed that they would even make this product. At one time they made the O'Reilly house brand that I used in my lawn mower. I would have thought they had enough legit business to not feel the need to dupe suckers at the gas station.

Pretty sure O'Reilly oil is Warren? Or no?

I don't see how they can get sued for it, it clearly says on the back of the bottle not to use in anything made after 1930. Why they sell it at gas stations is anyone's guess.

No, it clearly purports to be a superior product, then in the caution tells you not to use it in anything after 1930...

They are being deceptive, and I'm not sure what the burden of proof is over there, but here, there's a "reasonable" person test in that what would a "reasonable person" believe when reviewing the product and labelling.

I've got no problem with Amalie and have been wanting to try their Elixer engine and gear oils for a while.

Just need to keep chipping away at my stash.

Because the crappy convenience stores buy it for 50 cents a quart and sell it for $2.99 minimum.

Maybe you can read no better than the losers who buy this oil product. Nothing stated on the bottle is false. Now the company has to defend itself against a baseless class action suit. Did the shysters also sue the greedy convenience store chains that sold this oil for an outrageous profit?
