Maybe you can read no better than the losers who buy this oil product. Nothing stated on the bottle is false. Now the company has to defend itself against a baseless class action suit. Did the shysters also sue the greedy convenience store chains that sold this oil for an outrageous profit?

Ummmm ... you dont have that quite right. You state nothing on the bottle is false, yet the PQIA disagrees with you.
They state that its not possible for a SA oil to be multigrade. So that would be mislabeling.
Quote-
"The label on the product claims that this is a multigrade 10W-40 motor oil meeting an American Petroleum Institute (API) SA Service Classification. Plain and simple, this can't be. By definition, API SA motor oil cannot be a multi-viscosity grade product. API SA motor oils are "straight mineral oil." As such, they contain no additives. Multigrade motor oil requires the use of viscosity modifier additives.
Im not on either side, IF the product is properly labeled, clearly it misleads"

I mean, lets call a pig a pig. To the average consumer that doesnt read the bottle, they assume they are getting a PREMIUM SAE 10w40 oil.
Any reasonable person would believe that to be true, not a mislabeled 1930s oil. If they simply put the proper grade AND outdated SA rating on the front of the bottle I would have no problem with it. But they sold this product to deceive and why I will not buy their oil in SAMS Club.
I am a bit shocked Sams club sells a product from this company.
With that said, for someone who could care less about misleading bottles I am 100% confident that any modern oil they sell (such as in SAMS CLUB) meets the proper API, yet my question would be why do business with a company like that?

You further insinuate that store chains sell the product for more profit, I doubt that is true either. Believe it or not, your average JOE store clerk or manager very well maybe ordering this "Premium" oil product from their distributor for their customers assuming it is a current product since it says "Premium" 10/40 Not all store clerks, just like the public are aware of API ratings for oil and once again, nowhere on the front of the bottle does it disclose its outdated "SA" rating AND according to the quote above can not be even an SA product.
