Teamview no longer offers their services for free despite you can email them and ask. I need to be able to log into my home server to view camera streams. What other alternative would be able to be set for unattended mode where I can use my android phone anytime to access my windows system.

Teamviewer works perfect they have just become greedy.

no idea about android support but there is anydesk and rustdesk as options to TV

Yes I know and am doing.

Problem is i use windows server 2022 on a real lenovo model server. Their algorithm automatically assumes it is commercial even though it is at home and only for personal use. Because they assume when you log in you are "performing server maintenance duties" this is not allowed per their EULA.

What I find interesting is that many IT pros, build / mock up home labs to practice with. What is wrong with using commercial hardware at home?

I assume you don't want to setup a VPN server and just RDP? The VPN server would have other uses as well on your home network. That's the route I would go. Or setup an SSH server and tunnel.

Chrome remote desktop?
Never used it but you need chrome on the PC, and the app on android.

I have my whole network of servers and folks for whom I administer Ubuntu systems on a Tailscale network; and using RDP over that is easy as pie. The setup might be a bit much for non-technical users; hence my suggestion earlier for using AnyDesk.
