It seems that clicking on the "your post" in the alert for any new notification of reactions, clears all notifications for reactions.
For example: 10 new alerts, 5 for reactions:
clicking on any of the 5 for reactions marks all 5 reactions as read (no blue dot) and no they aren't all in the same thread.
You must read each individual thread in the other 5 to mark them as read.
Not expected behavior.
