I saw it, but it was low in the sky, so hard to see through all the gum trees.

A previous one I saw a few years ago was high in the sky and looked good.

Was it last night ? Woke several times during the night, and the moon was shining right in my bedroom window. Looked like a full moon to me, and pretty bright. I always look outside, check the cars, street etc, everything was lit up well.

Yes last night. It was 4:30am on the east coast of Australia, but 2:30am on the west coast of Australia, so maybe after sun rise for NZ.

I agree it was a very bright full moon, but when the eclipse started it got much darker in my yard (as you would expect).

My favorite Yngwie solos are in "Krakatau" and "Little Savage". Yngwie would be loved more if he didn't have so many imitators.
