Wiring my 60gallon upright compressor. I plan to use this with an impact gun, DA sander, and a hvlp gun.

I don't plan to ever run more than one tool at a time. Do i need a 1/2 inch regulator filter or will 3/8 work fine?

Thanks

If its a single stage compressor it might not have the capacity to run a full size HVLP gun or DA continuously.
It will do it for a couple of panels at a time though, you can use a little different gun technique to save air. Run the largest hard line you can to the fittings, 1/2" minimum.

I run 3/4" blue stripe copper with 3/4 in and out from the filters and regulators. Use 3/8 hose with high flow fittings. Its all about CFM, the bigger the lines the more CFM it can handle.

Its 13.4 cfm at 40psi 11.5 at 90 psi single stage. So 1/2 regulator/filter is what i need?

Yep that will work fine. It's on the line for a HVLP full size gun to do a whole car, if you didn't buy the gun yet PM me if you need a few suggestions about the guns that work better with lower CFM flow.
