Well yesterday we went to the court house with our paper work and we filed for divorce together. We as of now have come to an agreement on everything. I get the house and my 3 cars she gets her or cruiser. We have joint custody. She has kids in the day i have kids in evening an we swap weekends back and forth and we alternate holidays. She gets some of our furniture To. So far it's going smooth all things considered.

This is beyond sad. As I recall there are at least two kids and a newly bought house in the picture here. It flops from "we went to the courthouse together" to stolen food and money.
I see this as coing to a real head at some point, some how. Not sure if OP or the wife earns more (isnt the wife a clerk at mcdonalds?), but one has to make a basis in terms of stability, earning power, and related areas.
If I were OP, I'd have called the police for robbery if all of the food in the house was gone when I got home. Sounds like he is divorced now, so there are two private parties. IMO the approach now is to enable the perception of stability on his side (and Im assuming that he is more stable, a higher earner, and more caring than she is with her own temper), and that she has real and legally documented issues.
I doubt that OP and his ex have more than a pot, probably not much of real value. So the key thing here is two children who need a stable life and to not be messed up like so many kids who had divorced parents at some point in their life. OP, you shot "hot bullets", as a result you have two kids, you need to do what is best for them first and foremost, regardless of what it is.

What's the other side of the story? Have you ever stopped to think that maybe your cousin was possibly guilty of what he was accused of?
Of that $250,000 how much of it was legally hers to begin with? Why was it such a messy divorce? It takes two to tango and it's more likely than not that your uncle can share a fair portion of the blame for how things ended up.
It is totally possible that both of your family members just got unlucky and missed all the warning signs that were probably right in front of them when they chose to marry these women. It's fair to see how those situations played out and learn some lessons from it. But the lesson isn't "all women are capable of being evil." How would you respond to a woman who said she didn't trust and went so far as to dehumanize you because you were a man and were capable of raping her? After all, you are far, far, far more likely to encounter an actual rapist than a woman who has falsely accused a man of molesting a child.
The lesson you should be taking away is that you need to be looking for signs of "crazy" before you get intimately involved with someone. Normal, sane people (yes, women included) don't just wake up one morning and decide to go nuclear on their spouse. If they aren't normal or sane, and are capable of that, there will be signs of it. If the woman is normal and sane and she goes nuclear it's probably because YOU did something to provoke it.
