Adding a network printer

We do not want any devices on 192.168.1.1 VLAN to be able to access other devices on same VLAN. All they really need is to be able to do is go out to Internet.
Can you set up a guest network? Then set it up so they cannot see each other. This is how my wireless network works.

I'm assuming that's why it's on vlans and the printer is on another that can be seen from all devices on the "guest" vlan but guests cant see or reach each other

But the initial info was sparce. And some assumptions were made.

OK. I'm not well versed on vlans as I have never used them. Everything I do is on the router.
 
I would piggyback off the 192.168.1.1 network ( or whatever your main networks ip is ) with a separate router for guest services. I have a separate wireless network named (Garage) for my garage tv, garage door controller and Sonos speaker. I addressed this router 192.168.2.1 so there is no conflict with my main networks router. You'll need to connect to the router offline via the lan to a computer and address these settings

I have NAT enabled
Uncheck Mac clone
set your IP address manually

my guest network and garage network cannot see the printer.

is this what you're wanting to do not have guest access the printer on the network?

He wants the guest computers on vlan0 to be able to access the printer on lan. Enabling guest network will isolate each device on that network so they will not see the printer on vlan0.

Enabling guest network in this case will not work because of two things:

1. Only works across individual networks and not across a vlan (I believe, for ubiquiti.)

2. Isolates each device to themselves only, no communication between any devices on the network.
