To make things more odd, AC was cool this AM, then refused to go below 60 when the outside got up to 90F. Now it's down to 84F, and it's blowing 44F again and is very cold.
Wonder if evap is freezing up...
I have a similar situation with my 2000 Century. My wife drives it the most and hates AC so for the time being I'm leaving it alone. I have a feeling it might be over charged. My father had a mechanic "charge it up" last July. I took the car in September and the AC was fine, but we didn't have the crazy heat like we've had this summer.
