PF66 oil filter off a 2023 Blazer w/ 2.0L. Filter was on for 3,400 miles.

Filter looked fine. A flexible nitrile ADBV and the media had no waves or tears. The end caps came off quite easily. This is probably from me using a screwdriver to get the filter media out of the can. Other media tears are also from screwdriver.

I really need to get a filter cutter to prevent the squishing and metal deformation caused by sawzall + vice.

Take a paper clip or nail and wedge it into the ADBV. Now turn it over with the nail / paper clip down. It will drain out now.
