The ADBV was very symmetrical and flexible, probably not as supple as a red silicone one but so what.

Silicone benefits come into play on longer service intervals and/or more severe service. I prefer the better ADBV but a regular one does just fine in most cases such as what was just posted here. I like the Champ made filters.

The PF48 has a lower bypass pressure and is not a proper substitute for a PF63. A PF64 is a short version of PF63 with the same bypass pressure.

That used to be the Fram 10575 but unfortunately Fram increased the bypass pressure on that. Some people don’t feel that’s a problem.
