AC recharge location

I have a '00 Cavalier, and want to top up the AC refrigerant. Where is the cap on the line to screw on the recharge kit?

I've looked forever (my engine is clean> I used to be a detailer)

There should be a blue or black screw cap. Trace the line from the compressor to the receiver/dryer [that goes afterwards to the interior of the car].
The low side fitting will be there.

Yeah you have to trace the A/C line sometimes to find it.

It doesn't "Screw" but pops on like an air compressor hose or "quick" connect.

Stay away from any recharge kit that has a leak sealer or o-ring conditioner in it!!! You'll be hard pressed to find one without them. Charge on low pressure port, connection will fit on low side only anyways.
