AC Delco PF63 (shown first) and a Supertech MP10575. Both came off my 2019 Silverado. Delco has 5000 miles and the ST has 5500 miles. Both 0w20 Valvoline Advanced.

ST filter. Basically the same, but the ST has a better anti drain back valve.
Looks O.K. I still don't like the loss of media sq in due to the larger E core center tube, other than that gripe, not much to complain about seeing they radiused the outer cage mold so it will now be less capable of acting as a die and promoting tearing of the media.

Somone in the Champ engineering dept. or in sales must read BITOG posts; this, or their FMEA came to that same simple and obvious conclusion.

Maybe they are using more pleats (tighter spacing is better) along with the eCore center tube, so the total media area may not be that different.

Well at least it's not the vanishing small 6607, or one of the old Made in China Nissan OE with the cardboard endcap jammed against the can walls leaving no ingress area. Makes a good engine killer.
