This is an AC Delco PF457GF. Note it is one I bought from the dealer I work for and they buy them in bulk packs so they come in a sealed plastic bag not a box, and they are US made and are not the Hengst filters like some of the Delco's are for this application.
Cost with my employee discount was around $4.
This filter was on my "new" 03 Cavalier. The engine has around 180k miles. I got this as a basket case project and the engine was out of another car and I installed a new timing and balance shaft chain set while the engine was out of the car, along with a new clutch.
I noticed the engine had some deposits under the valve cover and timing cover.
The engine runs very well, no smoke or odd noises.
I decided to do a very short oil change to remove any deposits that were disturbed from my work. This is probably 3-4 hours run time running in my garage and driveway at various rpm.
