Hey keep seeing E-core AC filters everywhere... was wondering if anyone knew about the PF1218CL, picked up a couple of them... identical to the old PF1218s... appearence and size.... also was at O'reillys the other day and seen a PF61E... figured that was a e-core version of PF61...

They are great filters. Where in Tn do you live?
Oh. I live about 10 miles out of Lexington Tn ( west Tn)
Good filters. I use Ecores often and they are very good filters. I prefer them to the original version. IMO they are good for 7500+

I believe they are a good filter, I would use a CL model over an ecore. The ecores material feels very thin and fragile, at least in supertechs.

just started changing the oil in my Trailblazer and noticed the PF-61E... the E is what caught my eye...
ACDelco website says its the proper filter so I will use it..
I normally go 10-11,500 between oil changes using the PF-61. (UOA on another thread here with that filter)
