How are these Fram Drive filters? Same as AC Delco & Supertech?

I know the Fram Force is equivalent to a Tough Guard, & the Titanium is a Ultra. But this is different than the Extra Guard. It’s a e-core, but is the media the same as a AC Delco?

The one thing you might like about the Drive filter is that has metal end caps. Unlike the Force which is still fiber. Personally I have no preference, but some people like metal better

Why does that baseplate look goofy? The hole at high noon appears to be blocked. The ADBV seems puckered on a few holes.

I see nothing out of the ordinary ... nothing is blocked or out of place. You've certainly seen other filters (mainly Champ Labs made) with the same "goofy" base plate posted here for the last 5 years.

Looks like the Fram version of a jobber filter... possibly cheaper than the EG?
I was at Walmart today, & took a look at the AC Delco PF61e. Looks like the exact same filter. They also had a Supertech ST3506 that fits my truck, just the shorter version which also was a e-core.

Yeah I got a pf61e on hand to use, can't wait to see how it does with a high strung ls1
