About to do my first oil change, any recommendations?

Funny post but any of you older folks like me who long before the internet used ALL OF THAT STUFF at least once,
Heck, in the 80's all of my High School buddies ( we all owned 70's Datsun Z cars ) but if you didn't have a orange FRAM filter on your Z car you were asking for trouble! Something about that orange filter on the side of that 280Z long straight 6 just screamed "PERFORMANCE"!

And yes I used STP and Lucas in something at some point many years ago! The new FRAM oil is new to me but I did see it at Advance Auto a year or so back...

Much of that stuff in the photo could have been exactly what I would have used in my first oil change at 16 or 17 years old...

I guess the internet has its advantages, Oil education never hurt anyone! We had to learn from what someones Dad told us to use or reading the back of bottles at Crazy Joes auto parts! Yes the Slick 50 got me too back then!

I believe fram is the advance "store brand" oil, similar to STP at autozone

Don't forget this:

You're missing something critical, Slick 50!
A potato firmly inserted in your tailpipe will solve all your problems.....
This reminded me of the "banana in the tailpipe" scene from "Beverly Hills Cop" but didn't want to post it due to Eddie Murphy saying a bad word at the end.

He's here for a different reason.
Not my Reason for being here, what if a member like Buster or Overkill reads his thread, they might get confused, we need to realize something here, and that is yourself, Pablo, fantastic, and the Zee0Six guy are the smartest members here. LOL

I did forget a few others, but the wife is calling me down to cook dinner. I am also cleaning up. No LOL

When I read this thread's title, I wanted just to answer, "Not from anyone here!"

Seriously, what you're missing is a "Tornadoizer". It's a bladed gizmo you insert into an intake air handling tube.
The "tornadic action" boosts both power and fuel efficiency.

WARNING: All the ones you'll find at garage sales will be the wrong size.
NAPA was selling those about 20 years ago. The young man behind the counter assured me they worked great.

"Do you run one in your own vehicle?"

"Uh, no ..."
