About to do my first oil change, any recommendations?

What's really funny, is that we BITOG folk, think this post is funny.

On a serious note, I'd run the oil and filter without hesitation. And if the car burned oil, throw in the STP. I've never used the Lucas, though. I suspect the STP would beef up the oil adequately, so no need for two additives.
