I have had enough experiences with dealerships and heard enough first-hand stories online to be very cautious of most dealerships. I have now been dealing with this particular Lexus dealership for 6 years. I purchased the vehicle there because they were upfront/straight forward and gave me the best price on the new car and my trade. No high pressure tactics in the finance manager's office and it was a very pleasant experience. One of the few times I really felt they working with me and not against me.
Over the years, I've brought the car back for some warranty work including reprogramming the transmission a few times and they even applied a foam kit to the passenger front door to solve a rattle issue. The car has needed brakes twice and I just did center/rear differentials and brake fluid. I called my local Toyota shop as well and two very highly regarded independent shops in town and all came in hundreds over Lexus' quote. I made an appointment online, pulled into the garage and someone was waiting for me, no up selling or pressure to do anything else, they gave me a loaner, vehicle was ready when promised for the price promised. Advisor made the comment the battery is getting weak, should be good for now, but may want to think about it before next winter.
Just always a very pleasant experience...FWIW this is Lexus of Northborough in Massachusetts.
