I had an “eight spotted forester moth” visiting one of my dwarf butterfly bushes. I also noticed an interesting formation in one of the river rocks that had been broken while patrolling for the odd weed or piece of grass trying to pop up in my landscaping. Then Frank appeared out from under the shed. That rabbit will come to within 10-15’ of us and not run away. I suppose that Frank has figured out that we’re not out to get him.
Fortunately, my backyard is starting to look somewhat better after putting the In-law suite onto the back of my house. As I said in another post, construction has a way of destroying your yard.

There’s something about nature that just fascinates me, I have always loved being outdoors and observing nature.
I did lawn maintenance and some landscaping on my own a long time ago and if I weren’t working in the car business with my friend at his car lot, I would get back into it. Some days I think about it, especially lately.
I enjoy working on cars, always have, but there are days that I think that creating beautiful landscapes that invite nature into peoples yards would be more rewarding at this point in my life. I always have the massive fleet of Family members cars to work on, so I would still get that fix.

Anyway, sorry about the long post for just a few pictures.

Cheers!
