We have a 99 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Daughter drives it while at college and says heat and air come out the driver side vents but passenger side vents don't seem to have too much air and heat. She claims the thumbwheels show vents open. So am guessing there is a butterfly valve not opening up. I don't believe this vehicle has passenger and driver climate control. Thots as to what could be the cause? The rear window wiper does not work all the time, intermetent, thots as to potential causes there.
