'96 explorer pull to right after new rotors and lines

I have a '96 explorer which I have bee trying to track down a pull to the right and it is driving me crazy. Car has 159k miles on it. When I brake there is a pull to the right. So far I replace caliper with all new hardware. Replaced the rubber brake lines to each caliper. I swapped the pads left to right(thinking I might have a bad/glazed pad) And I still have a pull. It has gotten better but it is still there. As a side note the right wheels shows more brake dust than the left. Could it be a Bad hard line or bad master cylinder(I believe the master has a proportioning valve in it)

Raaizin, check the left side caliper for binding. Pull the caliper bolts and clean with emery cloth, and lube with caliper grease. Also the caliper tracks. Might be not enough braking on the left side, rather than too much on the right.....

As long as you are checking calipers etc:

Check for any loose/worn suspension components, balljoints/tie rod ends etc. Verify L&R wheel bearings are not loose. I think on 2wd models the rotors are still 1 piece, so the bearing preload/freeplay is adjustable (my memory doesn't serve me well here). Sometimes you get component deflection under braking and pulls result.

It sounds to me like the left caliper is hanging up and not doing its job. Did you replace both calipers or just the right? The left piston could have corroded outside the seal, and when you pushed it back in, it hung up. hardware can cause that problem, but it sounds like that is covered.

I put 2 new calipers and all the new calipers and all the hardware which goes with it pins, sliding hardware etc. when I did the brake job originally. I will clean all the hardware again and rebleed both sides. It is worth a shot.

Don't forget the rear brakes can cause a pull, and tires can also.

Did you say that you replaced the calipers ..or just the hardware (in some Fords this is usually just the two wedge pins that hold the caliper to the bracket - those little suckers are expensive from NAPA

)???
