95 Caprice LT1- PCV valve?

Hi all,

I bought a Purolator PCV valve for my car and tried to put it in today. I found a hose leading to the passenger valve cover, I assume this is the PCV valve. However, when I pulled this piece, it was just like an elbow, hollow inside?

I'm not sure if this is where the pcv valve is supposed to be or it's somewhere else? BTW, the AC Delco looks the same as the Purolator valve, so it's not the wrong part or anything.

Its under the driver side intake manifold cover.
