80w140 in Ford PTU?

I have access to a five gallon bucket of Delo syn-gear XDM
80w140. It’s a full synthetic that meets GL-5/SAE J2360 specs which Ford uses on the PDS from Motorcraft on their own fluid. My only concern would be that it’s thicker when cold 80 vs. 75. I plan on changing my once a year since I have a PTU with a drain and a full plug. I’ll post the PDS for this product. Would you worry about using it?

Probably wouldn't even matter then as small as it is, as little oil as they hold, and as burned as they get. Anything you put in there is going to warm up quick fast and in a hurry.
