5W20 Blend

Okay here is my blend to get rid of some oil. Need 6 Qt for an oil change.

4 Qt - Mobil 1 5W20 SN
80 Boron, 80 Moly, 2200 Calcium

1 Qt - Motorcraft 5W20 (Blend) SM
230 Boron, 80 Moly, 2100 Calcium

1 Qt - Pennzoil 5W20 (Yellow Bottle) SM
80 Boron, 240 Moly, 2200 Calcium

That look okay? Needs to run for 6 months or 5000 miles maximum.

Looks like a great blend, you should do a UOA after that run Gene.

Well I think I found a better solution. I managed to score 5 more gallons of M1 5W20 SN/GF4 (April 2010) from one of my Garage Rat Buddies.

Cost me 2 gallons of old CI4+ Rotella (Dont know where that came from) and a case of Valvoline VR1 20W50 that likely is old enough to qualify for medicaid.
