50nm torque wrench?

Per JimPghPA, that 18 to 22 ft. lb. range is a bit difficult, as it lies in between many common torque wrenches. My quarter inch wrench goes up to 240 in. lbs. = 20 ft. lbs.

A 75 ft. lb. torque wrench is accurate down to 20% of its upper range = 15 ft. lbs.. It would qualify for your needs, but is not in the middle of its range. Still should be within the 3% +/- accuracy though. I see that many have suggested the Norbar as meeting your need better.
