About every 3rd or 4th time I crank the mower after its been sitting several days, it will pour out blue smoke and spit oil droplets out of the muffler. The smoking will last 3-5 minutes and then stop. All the while, it runs OK. Yesterday evening it was awful. The deck below the muffler was covered in a film of oil. I frequently check and clean the air filter (foam) and keep it lightly oiled. I'm also careful not to tip it in any steep angles. Oil level is kept at full (never over full) w/30wt Chevron Supreme or NAPA and changed every 25-30 hours. Last oil change was 3 hours ago.
What's the deal? I've had several mowers like this and never had one do this regularly before.
