3 filters CUT OPEN

A gracious member here decided to send me some filters. Sent anonymously and I very much appreciate the filters.

Aston Martin filter. Appears to be synthetic or blend media with wire backing. Think it’s same as MC FL-820S

Appears very well made IMO

Nope

And a FORD RACING filter. Think it would be same as FL-820S. Very sloppy “baked”. On it brittle glue job once separated metal endcaps. Hard to seperate or “roll out media” without making a huge mess. Did what I could.

To sum it up; if the Aston Martin is in fact a replacement for a FL-820S I’d buy it and use it if still wire backed. Not impressed much with the FORS RACING filter. I’d use the WIX for 5k oci

Yes, they look a lot better than the ones in the EaO's I got.
