Anyone out there with high miles on a 3.7 F150? Just hit 215k on my 2012 and I intend on keeping it for the long haul as its paid off, but eventually would like to get a used Tacoma. Just seeing realistically what kind of mileage I can get out of the 3.7, truck is mechanically perfect front to back, about to do another tranny service which I do every 30k and just had new shocks, upper and lower ball joints done.

Also, upper ball joints are greasable. Should they be greased with the weight of the truck on them or with the front end jacked up?

The Cyclone family (3.3, 3.5, 3.7) is well made and, in particular, the longitudinal versions have no real issues to concern yourself with because the water pump is external in this application. If the truck is "mechanically perfect", then I'd say there's plenty of life left in her.
